Molly Barnes is a Senior Analyst at Building Impact. Previously, she was a Project Manager at Forum One, helping foundations and nonprofits extend their influence through their digital presences. Prior to her work in technology consulting, Molly was a Policy Advisor Fellow with Leadership for Educational Equity, using research to drive fundraising priorities for the El Rancho Education Foundation in Pico Rivera, California. She also worked as an AP Chemistry and Social Issues teacher in Los Angeles, where she fundraised for and taught in a resulting newly constructed Chemistry lab. Molly received her Master’s degree in Urban Education Policy and Administration with distinction from Loyola Marymount University, and her Bachelor’s degree in Design with honors from the University of Southern California. Molly lives in Seattle with her partner and their wiener dog, Bodie.
