Erin Olson

(She/Her)

Operations Manager

Erin Olson’s infectious positivity and enthusiasm serve her well as our Operations Manager. She eagerly responds to clients and consultants, scheduling meetings, sending invoices, ordering lunches, asking about weekend plans, and sharing hers. Erin is genuinely joyful and organized and she loves celebrating her teammates, especially those who have safe and secure passwords! While Erin’s work is mostly behind-the-scenes, her days differ, exposing her to new and exciting challenges. While working as the senior international recruitment coordinator in professional exchanges for the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE), Erin discovered her greatest passion is customer service. While at CIEE, she recruited thousands of Work & Travel USA participants, supported a broad range of clients, maintained industry relationships, and trained staff. Erin is a graduate of State University of New York at Oswego, where she received a bachelor’s in marketing and held the position of secretary for their chapter business organization, Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda. She lives with her husband, Dan, and two daughters in Yarmouth, Maine.

Fun Facts:

  • Erin gets on elevators with complete strangers and exits with new friends.
  • Every summer, Erin hosts a neighborhood block party complete with a 22’ waterslide.
  • Erin and her family enjoy many outdoor activities, from skiing at Sugarloaf Mountain in the winter to boating on Casco Bay in the summer.
