Deneice McClary is a Senior Associate at Building Impact. Previously, she was the District Program Manager of the Virtual Learning and Credit Recovery programs for Chicago Public Schools where she worked with over 100 high schools throughout the district to provide alternative paths for students to earn high school credit and graduate. Prior to working in the education space, Deneice spent nine years as an operations leader at JPMorgan Chase. During her time at JPMorgan Chase she worked with cross-functional teams to resolve high-impact production application incidents, coached and developed staff, and created and implemented a variety of operational processes to improve the end-to-end customer experience. Deneice is a graduate of Florida A&M University where she received both a B.S. and a MBA. She was also a Broad Resident and received a Master’s in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center.
