Caitlin joins Building Impact as a Partner. Most recently, Caitlin founded and led Enroll Indy, the unified enrollment effort in Indianapolis through which families can apply to all of the city’s district and charter schools via one, simple application. Caitlin began her teaching career as a TFA corps member in 2010 and was subsequently elected to the Indianapolis Public Schools Board of Commissioners in 2012. Additionally, she led Teach Plus Indianapolis, where she coached teachers on developing policy and advocacy strategies to improve their classrooms, schools, and districts. Caitlin brings more than a decade of experience in education policy and advocacy to the firm. A native of Indianapolis, Caitlin has a degree in Public Affairs from Baruch College at the City University of New York and a Master’s Degree in teaching from Marian University. She resides in Indianapolis with her husband and three children.
